Privitty Chat server is designed to never collect or store any sensitive information. Privitty messages cannot be accessed by us or other third parties because they are always end-to-end encrypted, private, and secure. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are available below.
Terms of Service
Privitty Messenger (“Privitty”) utilizes security and end-to-end encryption to provide private messaging, and other services to users. You agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”) by installing or using our apps, services, or website (together, “Services”).
About our Services

Minimum Age. You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. The minimum age to use our Services without parental approval may be higher in your home country.

Account Registration. To create an account you must register anonymously for our Services no private data is required, a random username and password is generated for you and kept in your ArcaneChat app.

Privacy of user data. ArcaneChat does not collect your personal data or content in any way.
Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we safeguard the information you provide when using our Services. For the purpose of operating our Services, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Taxes. You are responsible for data and mobile carrier fees and taxes associated with the devices on which you use our Services.
Legal and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Privity services only for lawful, authorized, and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) our Services in ways that:
(a) violate or infringe the rights of Privity, our users, or any third party, including privacy rights, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, contractual rights, or other proprietary rights;
(b) involve sending illegal, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or otherwise impermissible communications, including bulk messaging, spam, phishing attempts, or malware distribution;
(c) attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, interfere with, or compromise the integrity or security of Privity systems or networks.
Keeping Your Account Secure
Privity follows a strict privacy-by-design and security-by-architecture approach. We do not have the ability to access your end-to-end encrypted messages or private data.
You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your device(s)

Protecting your credentials and encryption keys

Securing backups where applicable.
If you lose access to your device and have no secure backup of your encrypted data or keys, your data may be permanently unrecoverable.
Third-Party Services
Privity may allow you to access, use, or interact with third-party websites, applications, platforms, storage providers, email servers, or other services.
When you use third-party services, their respective terms and privacy policies govern your relationship with them. Privity is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their data handling practices.

We do not control and are not responsible for how users use our Services or for any content transmitted using our platform.
You release Privity, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents (“Privity Parties”) from any claims, damages, disputes, or liabilities arising from third-party actions or content.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

Privity Services may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, security patches, infrastructure failures, or network issues.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of our Services, including specific features, integrations, or platform support, at any time without prior notice.

Only limited technical metadata may be processed for service functionality.

Depending on configuration, account creation may involve:
