Secure Data Sharing for Retail & POS

Where?
Privitty is used across retail environments such as shops, malls, supermarkets, electronics stores, and large retail chains. It fits seamlessly into point-of-sale systems, billing counters, kiosks, and self-checkout terminals where customers receive invoices, warranties, coupons, and post-purchase information.
It is especially useful in high-footfall locations, tourist areas, and privacy-sensitive markets where collecting customer phone numbers or email IDs increases friction and compliance risk. Privitty works across mobile devices without requiring app installation, making it ideal for both local and international customers.
Why?
Retailers need to deliver bills, warranties, offers, and loyalty updates quickly—yet traditional methods like printed receipts, email, SMS, or WhatsApp introduce data leakage risks, operational overhead, and regulatory burden. Collecting personal identifiers reduces conversion rates and increases liability under data-protection laws.
Once shared, invoices and warranties can be forwarded, copied, or misused, leaving retailers with no control. Privitty removes these risks by enabling identity-free, controlled, and time-bound delivery of retail documents—while improving checkout speed and customer trust.

Use-Case
At checkout, customers scan a QR code displayed at the POS terminal, printed on receipts, or shown on kiosks. A temporary private session is instantly created where the retailer delivers the invoice, warranty card, coupon, or offer—without requiring a phone number or email address.
Access remains active only for a defined period. Once the session expires, all documents are automatically revoked, ensuring no long-term data exposure.
